Which time zone is used in the Conference schedule?

All the times in the schedule will reflect your computer settings, so there is no need to make adjustments to the times displayed.

Do I need to create a personal schedule?

No. But if you do you will be notified when the talks you selected are about to start.

I've missed a talk I wanted to see, what can I do?

Recordings for all live talks will be available shortly after the talk. Just head back to the talk's page to access the recording.

Which application are we using for video conferences?

We are using Zoom. You can install it before your session, or join via the browser.

I am a presenter, is there a template slide for me to use?

Yes, you can access it through this link.

I am a presenter, how can I add a poll to the presentation?

You can use the polling tools in Zoom Webinars for this. Please contact the organizers if you have questions.
